Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there was a noticeable humidity issue and a slight smell. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby dining options. Unfortunately, there were some noise disturbances during the night. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some outstanding dishes but also some cold and low-quality food. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit outdated with a not-so-lovely view of the interstate. However, the bed was comfortable, and having a balcony, even without furniture, was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, from the front desk staff to the guys helping with laundry carts. The location was convenient, being close to dining and shopping, but there were noise issues in the atrium area. The dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced and cold food. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money was reasonable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as nice as advertised, and I found an air conditioning unit nearby. However, the rooms were very clean despite being littered with used tissues and Q-tips.
